how to Make a Future Appointment Reservation

Follow the instructions below

Step 1   Click “Book an Appointment” on the top menu bar and select “Make a Future Appointment Reservation”

Step 2   Choose your Reading

  • Select either a FaceTime or Skype reading

  • Select an Individual reading if your gift certificate is for one person only and a Family reading if your gift certificate is for you plus up to three family members

Step 3   Provide your Details

  • Enter your information. You can use your profile details entered when you registered your account by clicking the “Use Profile Details” button

  • Provide your FaceTime or Skype details

  • Enter where you will be for your reading

  • Click the “Continue” button

Step 4   Read and Acknowledge the Terms & Conditions

  • Read the Terms & Conditions carefully

  • Scroll to the bottom of the screen and check the three tick boxes

  • Click the “Pay” button

Step 5   Pay using your Gift Certificate

  • Make sure your details are correct and amend as necessary by clicking the “Update” button

  • If your details are correct, enter your gift certificate code and click the “Use Gift Certificate” button

Step 6   Your Booking Confirmation

  • You will see a message at the top of the screen that your booking has been made and the details of your booking

  • You will also receive a confirmation email

  • Your Future Appointment Reservation will also appear in the Appointment Tracker on the Home Page. Click on the “Details” button to view your reservation details. From there you can edit your details and change the type of reading.
