In-Person Readings

Credit Card Charges: Appointments must be paid for in full at the time of booking by credit card. Credit card charges will be processed through Square (SQ) and will appear on your credit card statement as a charge from So Much More Media, Inc.

Appointment Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming the appointment details immediately you book your reading. You are responsible for ensuring that you enter the correct email address and contact phone number on the appointment booking form. Zulema will endeavor to contact you by text if your confirmation email bounces to obtain an alternative email address. However, you are responsible for knowing the date and time of your reading and the type of reading you have booked.

Late Arrivals Policy: Readings last one hour from the scheduled appointment start time. If you are late for your appointment, you will forfeit any missed time. In the event you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, Zulema reserves the right to cancel the reading, in which case the appointment fee will be forfeited and the reading will not be rescheduled.

Rescheduling Notice: Please note that due to Zulema's busy and unpredictable schedule, it may, on occasion, be necessary to reschedule your appointment. If this occurs, Zulema will endeavor to reschedule your reading for as soon as possible after the original appointment date and may use dates and/or times not available on her booking system to expedite the reschedule.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy: Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 48 hours before the appointment start time. Appointments can only be rescheduled or cancelled using your Latina Medium Insider account. Appointments cancelled more than 48 hours before the appointment time will be refunded in full. Appointments cannot be cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointment time and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Attendance Policy: Only registered attendees can attend the reading. “Registered attendees” are a) the person in whose name the booking is made, b) the additional family members listed on the appointment (family readings only). No other person is allowed to sit in on the reading with the registered attendees. There is no waiting area for people accompanying the registered attendees to use. Only the registered attendees may arrive at the office. Children cannot be brought to the reading under any circumstances.

Restrictions: The registered attendees must be 18 years of age or older. Audio or video recording of the reading is strictly prohibited.

Before attending the reading, you have considered all of the above, and you and the registered attendees freely and voluntarily agree to release, remise and forever discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Zulema Arroyo Farley and So Much More Media, Inc from any claims, demands, suits for damages, for injury or complications whatever and/or negligence that may result from the reading.

Bookings made on behalf of someone else: If you are making the booking on behalf of someone else, these terms and conditions are binding on the person in whose name the booking is made.
